Best price, best quality, best delivery! MRO Express partners with many suppliers/vendors, who are eager to provide cost effective pricing and quality products. We will assess our client’s BOM’s and parts list for the purpose of reducing cost, and improving quality and delivery. We explore the possibilities of using suitable substitutes for materials and parts, which could result in a tremendous cost savings for our clients. Sourcing is provided for all purchased materials, parts, supplies, services and equipment.

Contract/bid negotiations
MRO Express will review bid proposals and negotiate contracts within or below budgetary limitations. We will obtain competitive bids from suppliers for assessment. All pricing, delivery, and quality requirements will be according to specifications, also terms and conditions of the contract/proposal. All bids/contracts will be reviewed and subject to final approval by the Purchasing Manager or CFO.

Supplier Development/Management
MRO Express will qualify and establish a manageable and efficient supply base. We develop processes to reduce cost, lead-time, and also to improve the quality of products and services. Our goal is to improve the relationship between the supplier and our clients, which will lead to optimal customer service. Communication is key when partnering with suppliers; they cannot improve if they are not aware of problem areas. MRO Express will make recommendations for improving supplier performance or replacement of suppliers with those better suited for the services required.

Purchase Order Placement
MRO Express specializes in procurement administration from desk to dock. We create, fax, and mail purchase orders to approved vendors. Purchase orders will reflect all specifications, contract pricing, terms/conditions and delivery. Delivery of goods will be specified on purchase order and shipped accordingly. A copy of the purchase orders will be forwarded to our clients accounting department for reconciliation and payment of invoices. MRO Express will handle all returns or defective materials through processes specified by our clients.

Inventory Management
MRO Express will perform and manage manual inventory management requirements for all purchased materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. We will purchase all materials according to the specified min/max levels. We will evaluate usage for possible increases or decreases to the min/max levels.

Kitting & Packing
MRO Express provides kitting/packing on all finished goods. We will purchase supplies, pack and ship all kits to the specified locations via motor freight, UPS, or FedEx. We will stock inventory in our warehouse for kitted goods to accommodate quick ships. Kitted product will be shipped in 24 hours if we stock inventory. MRO Express partners with several custom corrugated manufacturers that will fabricate all size boxes/containers.

Warehousing/Distribution
MRO Express has 1000 square feet of open warehouse space. We can provide warehousing and distribution for all material, parts, supplies and equipment that are not hazardous.

Operation EL-DI
MRO Express will provide purchasing services for the elderly and disabled who are home bound and reside in independent living facilities. We will purchase food, medicines, toiletries, and medical equipment. We will deliver these items to our clients’ residence and stock them.
