Q. What is the business relationship between MRO Express and its clients?

A. MRO Express is a business partner to our clients. We are your outsourced Buyers. Our goal is to assess your procurement and supply chain management needs and based upon the assessment, implement a program that best fits your needs. MRO Express will be linked to our client’s computerized purchasing systems which allows our clients the ability to view and maintain internally, all of the purchasing activities performed by MRO Express. MRO Express provides all purchasing duties from bid to order fulfillment under contract. Our job is reduce cost, assure smart buying, profitability, dependability, and availability for our clients.

Q. How long does MRO Express provide service to its Clients?

A. MRO Express requires all clients to commit to a one- (1) year contract. We will work with our clients on a short-term basis if needed. All services will be performed per the terms/conditions of the proposed contract. Contracts are renewed and re-negotiated one year from calendar start date. Our hope is to provide our service for years to come.

Q. How does MRO Express benefit companies financially?

A. MRO Express will reduce the cost of goods and services for our clients. We will evaluate cost on the high dollar/high volume materials/product and negotiate a lower cost. MRO Express adds value to the supply chain by working with the OEMs, distributors and service providers to establish contract pricing and provide inventory management for our clients. We use qualified suppliers to acquire the lowest cost, without jeopardizing the quality of goods and services. We eliminate corporate benefits such as healthcare, dental insurance, pension, bonuses, social security, 401K, workers compensation, vacations and others. These expenses alone are a valuable cost savings to our clients. We practice smart buying because, “Procurement is our Priority”

Q. How does MRO Express assure clients of delivery of goods/service?

A. All materials will be shipped directly to our clients or to the business of their choice. Each client is assigned a Procurement Specialist. These specialist provide order administration and customer service for his/her account. Our clients can place and expedite orders, obtain quotes/bids, request returns/replacements for damaged orders etc. MRO Express will resolve any damaged or incorrect shipments. Credit/debit memos will be forwarded to our client’s Accounts Payable department for reconciliation. When situations arise that are out of the specialist’s control, our clients are notified immediately of any revisions to quantities, dates or deliveries.
